• Small package handling fee: A handling fee of 12 RMB will be charged for packages weighing less than 1 kg.
• One piece: refers to the smallest transport unit of goods.
• One box: refers to an independent outer packaging unit. A box of goods may contain multiple pieces.
• One shipment: refers to one shipping order, including all the goods you submit in one order.
• General Goods: Domestic brands, clothing, shoes and bags, daily necessities, non-electric, non-magnetic, ordinary toys, ordinary accessories, ordinary stationery (excluding liquids), a small number of books, etc. (for specifics, please consult customer service).
• Special goods (sensitive items): F brand, food, liquids, cosmetics, built-in batteries, motors, magnetic devices, epidemic prevention items, etc. (for specifics, please consult customer service).
• Reinforced Packaging: Provides additional packaging for valuable and fragile items, replaces our high-quality outer box, and the reinforcement methods include internal bubble filling for shock resistance, fragile labels on the outer packaging, and plastic corner protectors.
• Fragile and shockproof: Includes reinforced packaging service, with three layers of bubble film wrapped around the outer box.
• Insurance: The insured goods will be compensated according to their actual value, up to a maximum of ¥2000.
• Default billing rule: Billing is based on the greater value between the volumetric weight of the packaged parcel (length × width × height / 6000) and the actual weight.

Special Statement

• Sender's Responsibility: The sender shall truthfully declare the name of the goods. Any consequences arising from false declaration, misrepresentation, or discrepancies leading to customs detention, return, and fines shall be borne by the sender.
• Prohibited export items (the parcel will be strictly inspected and checked after entering the warehouse, and the following items will be confiscated directly):
