For all shipments, we will compare the actual weight with the volumetric weight and calculate the shipping cost based on the heavier weight. The volumetric weight is used to reflect the density of the package.

1. Volume weight (KG) = length (L) (cm) X width (W) (cm) X height (H) (cm) / 6000 (If the length of one side exceeds 180CM/ the weight of one piece exceeds 50KG/ the volume weight exceeds 80KG, an additional fee of $150 will be charged for overlength or overweight. 2. The volume weight of goods with a single side length of less than 50CM is not calculated.

1. After the goods are combined, each order less than one kilogram will be calculated as one kilogram.
2. The unit of weight calculation is kilogram (KG), with an accuracy of 0.01 kg.
3. When the goods arrive at the pick-up point, please pay attention to the free rental period of the pick-up point. Fees will be incurred after the expiration of the period.
4. If the goods have not been collected after 7 days from the delivery point, they will be treated as abandoned without further notice. The freight for abandoned orders will be deducted from the balance
5. Dongguan warehouse is rent-free for 90 days, after which a rent of HK$10/day will be charged. If the goods are not shipped after 120 days, they will be treated as abandoned.
6. Once the goods are signed for on the online shopping service platform, if they need to be returned or forwarded to other places in the country, a handling fee of HKD$10 will be charged for each piece, and the shipping fee will be calculated separately. Please refer to the domestic forwarding fee table for shipping fees.
7. Our company will refuse to accept the unpaid delivery. If the customer has a delivery, please contact customer service first. A handling fee of HK$10 will be charged for each delivery.
8. The maximum number of tracking numbers per shipment is 50.

Shipping restrictions and prohibited items

14. Products that do not comply with the laws of Hong Kong, the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other administrative regulations, departmental regulations and national mandatory standards;

1. It is necessary to communicate with Taobao sellers. If the goods are sent out by two or more couriers, all logistics order numbers need to be provided and forecasts must be made.
