Prohibited Items

Please note that it is strictly forbidden to ship prohibited items, including hazardous materials and counterfeit goods. Violation of this rule may result in legal consequences and immediate termination of your account. By paying the shipping fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Responsibilities and Commitments of Shippers and Carriers

  1. Compliance of Shipped Items:
    The shipper must ensure that the items comply with national laws and transportation regulations, and do not contain any prohibited goods. The following items will be refused for shipping:
    • Flammable, perishable, toxic, explosive, or other hazardous materials;
    • Drugs and related paraphernalia;
    • Counterfeit or infringing items (e.g., trademark or copyright violations);
    • Valuables (e.g., currency, precious metals, antiques);
    • Live animals, plants, seeds, etc.;
    • Other prohibited items (e.g., items restricted by customs).
  2. Disclosure of Shipment Details:
    The shipper must accurately declare the name, nature, and value of the items. The carrier reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsuitable for transport. If false or incomplete information is provided, the shipper shall bear full responsibility.
  3. Packing and Damage Responsibility:
    If improper packaging or the nature of the goods causes damage to other shipments, the shipper will be held liable for the resulting compensation.
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    We do not accept any Cash on Delivery shipments.
  5. Consolidated Shipping Restrictions:
    Our forwarding service only accepts one shipment per tracking number (which may include multiple items). If a tracking number includes multiple parcels, we reserve the right to reject or not compensate for any loss.

Shipping Fees and Services

  1. Shipping Fees:
    All shipping and related fees (e.g., storage, return shipping) must be paid according to the rates published by our company.
  2. Weight and Dimension Calculation:
    Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. The formula for volumetric weight is:
    Volumetric Weight = Length × Width × Height / 6000
  3. Order Cancellation:
    Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified, including changes to the logistics provider.

Liability Disclaimer

  1. Force Majeure:
    We are not liable for delays, losses, damages, or customs seizures caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or extreme weather conditions.
  2. Shipping Issues:
    We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information, improper packaging, or shipment of items that violate laws or regulations.

Lost and Damaged Items

  1. Compensation for Lost Items:
    In the event of lost goods, the maximum compensation is up to three times the shipping fee. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery.
  2. Compensation for Damaged Items:
    We are not liable for damage to fragile items (such as glass or ceramics) during transit. If you require protection, please purchase insurance separately.

Delivery Address and Final Delivery

  1. Delivery Time:
    Delivery services are not available on Sundays or public holidays.
  2. Address Change:
    Any change of delivery address after order confirmation will incur an address change fee. If the address provided is incorrect or non-receivable, we will not be held responsible for failed delivery.
  3. No Elevator Access:
    If the delivery address does not have elevator access, the customer must collect the parcel from the ground floor.
