Prohibited Items
Please note that it is strictly prohibited to transport prohibited items, including dangerous goods, infringing items, etc. If you violate this regulation, the relevant person will be held legally responsible and your account will be terminated immediately. After paying the freight, it means that you accept and agree to these terms.
Responsibilities and commitments of shippers and carriers:

Compliance of shipped items:
The shipper must ensure that the items being transported comply with national laws and regulations of the transportation department and do not contain prohibited items. The following items will be refused for carriage:- Inflammable, perishable, toxic, explosive or other dangerous goods;
- Drugs and related paraphernalia;
- Infringing articles (such as trademark, copyright infringement, etc.);
- Valuables (such as currency, gold and silver treasures, antiques, etc.);
- Live animals, plants, seeds, etc.;
- Other prohibited items (such as items controlled by customs, etc.).

Disclosure of information about transported items:
The shipper must truthfully inform the name, nature and value of the goods being transported. The carrier has the right to refuse to accept goods that are not suitable for transportation. If the shipper deliberately conceals or provides false information, he shall bear all relevant responsibilities. -
Packaging and Damage Liability:
If other goods are damaged due to improper packaging or problems with the goods themselves, the shipper will be liable for compensation. -
Refusing items paid on delivery:
We will not accept any cash on delivery. -
Consolidation service restrictions:
Consolidation service only accepts single shipment (which can contain multiple items) with a single tracking number. If a tracking number contains multiple packages, the consolidation service will refuse to accept it or will not be responsible for loss compensation.

Shipping costs:
All freight transportation costs and related costs (such as warehousing, return shipment, etc.) must be paid in accordance with the company's published standards. -
Weight and size calculation:
Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is heavier). The volumetric weight formula is:体积重量= 长度× 宽度× 高度/ 6000

Cancellation of Order:
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, including changing the logistics service.

force majeure:
The carrier shall not be liable for transportation delays, loss, damage or customs confiscation caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, bad weather, etc. -
Transportation issues:
We are not responsible for any delay or loss caused by the shipper providing an incorrect address, improper packaging, or the transported items violating laws and regulations.
Lost and damaged parts handling:

Lost item compensation:
If the goods are lost, compensation can be up to three times the freight. The claim for compensation must be made within 48 hours after receipt. -
Damage Compensation:
If fragile items (such as glass, ceramics, etc.) are damaged during transportation, the company will not compensate. If you need protection, please purchase insurance on your own.
Delivery address and delivery:

Delivery time:
The logistics company does not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. -
Address Change:
Changing the delivery address after confirming the order will be subject to an additional address change fee. If the customer provides a non-consignee address or other problems result in undeliverable items, the company is not responsible. -
Floors without elevator:
If there is no elevator at the designated address, customers need to go downstairs to pick up the goods.
