• Fragile and shockproof: Includes reinforced packaging service, with three layers of bubble film wrapped around the outer box.
• Insurance: The insured goods will be compensated according to their actual value, up to a maximum of ¥2000.
• Package size limit: The length of one side of a single piece shall not exceed (inclusive of) 150cm, and the length + width + height shall be less than 300cm.
• Default charging rule: Charge based on the comparison between the package volume weight (length × width × height / 6000) and the actual weight.

• Shipper's responsibility: Shipper shall declare the name of the goods truthfully. If false declaration, misrepresentation or mismatching of goods leads to customs detention, return and fine, all consequences shall be borne by the sender.
