Inspection (including points):

- Combined packing: Free for less than 10 pieces, RMB 1 for each piece exceeding the limit

- One piece: refers to the smallest transport unit of goods.
- One box: refers to an independent outer packaging unit. A box of goods may contain multiple pieces.
- One shipment: refers to one shipping order, including all the goods you submit in one order.
- General goods: domestic brands, clothing, shoes and bags, daily necessities, non-electrical, non-magnetic, ordinary toys, ordinary accessories, ordinary stationery (excluding liquids), a small amount of books, etc. (please consult customer service for details).
- Special goods (sensitive goods): F brand, food, liquids, cosmetics, built-in batteries, motors, magnetic equipment, epidemic prevention items, etc. (please consult customer service for details).
- Reinforced packaging: Provide additional packaging for valuable and fragile items. Our company will replace the outer boxes with high-quality ones. The reinforcement methods include internal bubble filling for shockproof, fragile label on the outer packaging, plastic anti-collision corner guards, etc.
- Fragile and shockproof: Includes reinforced packaging service, with three layers of bubble film wrapped around the outer box.
- Insurance: The insured goods will be compensated according to their actual value, up to a maximum of ¥2000.
- Package size limit: The length of one side of a single piece shall not exceed (inclusive of) 150cm, and the length + width + height shall be less than 300cm.
- Default charging rule: Charge based on the comparison between the package volume weight (length × width × height / 6000) and the actual weight.
Special Statement
- Shipper's responsibility: Shipper shall declare the name of the goods truthfully. If false declaration, misrepresentation or mismatching of goods leads to customs detention, return and fine, all consequences shall be borne by the sender.
- Prohibited export items (the parcel will be strictly inspected and checked after entering the warehouse, and the following items will be confiscated directly):

Consolidation means sending the items purchased by users on multiple e-commerce platforms (such as Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD.com, Xianyu, Pinduoduo, and Douyin) to the warehouse of a domestic consolidation company in China. The consolidation company then combines and packs these different packages and then ships them to the user's overseas delivery address.

- Consolidation application: Contact customer service to request consolidation after accumulating packages.
- Pay the freight: The warehouse calculates the freight based on the quantity and weight of the packages. After payment, wait for packaging.
- Package shipment: After paying the shipping fee, the package is shipped to the overseas address and awaits collection.
