• Handling fee for small packages: A ¥12 RMB handling fee applies to packages weighing less than 1 kg.
• One item: The smallest shipping unit.
• One box: One external packaging unit, which may contain multiple items.
• One shipment/order: Refers to one shipping order, including all items submitted in a single order.
• General goods: Domestic brands, clothing, shoes, bags, daily necessities, non-electric, non-magnetic items, general toys, accessories, stationery (excluding liquids), small quantity of books, etc. (Please consult customer service for specifics.)
• Special goods (sensitive items): F-brands, food, liquids, cosmetics, items with built-in batteries, motors, magnetic devices, epidemic prevention items, etc. (Please consult customer service for specifics.)
• Reinforced packaging: For valuable or fragile goods. We replace the box with a high-quality one and reinforce with bubble wrap, fragile stickers, plastic corner protectors, etc.
• Fragile protection: Includes reinforced packaging, with an additional 3 layers of bubble wrap wrapped around the outer box.
• Insurance: If insurance is purchased, compensation will be based on actual value, with a maximum claim of ¥2000.
• Default billing rule: The greater of the volumetric weight (L × W × H / 5000) or actual weight will be charged.

• Sender responsibility: The sender must truthfully declare the contents of the package. Any consequences such as customs seizure, returns, or fines caused by false or misleading declarations will be borne by the sender.
• Prohibited export items (All packages are strictly inspected. The following items will be confiscated):
