West Malaysia - Air Freight including tax

• Delivery takes 3-5 working days, minimum order is 10 KG or more, and the cost is tax-inclusive in addition to the basic shipping cost.

Air transportation notes:

1. The minimum weight for air shipment is 1KG, the additional weight for West Malaysia and East Malaysia is 0.5KG; the additional weight for Singapore is 1KG.
2. The methods for calculating weight for air transport are "actual weight" and "volume weight", whichever is heavier shall be used.
3. The volumetric weight is the weight of the goods after packaging (length x height x width/6000). If you don’t understand, please check the details.
4. Free shipping means the freight is calculated based on the "actual weight" only, and half shipping means the freight is calculated based on the weight of the "actual weight" and the "volume weight" divided by 2.
5. The unlimited half-drop discount is only valid when the difference between the "actual weight" and the "volumetric weight" is less than 10 KG or more, and the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight.
6. The unlimited free tossing offer is valid only when the difference between “actual weight” and “volumetric weight” is less than 15KG.
7. If one side exceeds 120CM, an additional charge of RM50 will be required, per 50CM.
8. If the weight of a single piece exceeds 30KG, it is recommended to use the tax-inclusive channel, please contact customer service.
9. Explosives, animals, smoke, flammables, ammunition, and oily electronic cigarettes are all prohibited items for air transport.
10. It is recommended to request inspection services and reinforced packaging for fragile goods before shipment. The transporter is not responsible for any breakage problems.
11. Each parcel will enjoy free storage service for up to 30 days. After the expiration date, RM 1/day will be charged, with a maximum period of 45 days. After the storage period, the parcel will be removed from the warehouse and cannot be claimed.

13. The minimum starting point for direct air shipment is 0.1KG. It is recommended to use it for products under 1KG. It is not supported to merge packages/waybills at this time.
14. For direct air shipments, the default recipient is to pick up the package at the designated location. Delivery service is not currently supported.
