3. The charges are based on whichever is larger, volume or actual weight, which is length*width*height/28317, in cm. The size is based on the maximum value of each side. Sea express shipping period: every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday (before 15:00 closing time) Estimated delivery time is about 5-7 working days

• If the actual weight of a single piece exceeds 30KG, an overweight fee of 1.5 yuan/KG will be added;
• The weight of a single piece of cargo shall not exceed 70KG, and the maximum size shall not exceed 170*170*300CM (if it exceeds the size, it needs to be transferred to a general warehouse for formal customs declaration)
• The shipment must be detailed in advance with the product name/quantity/address, the recipient's company name must correspond to the unified number, and the recipient must correspond to the ID number if it is an individual.
• Acceptable product names for Taiwan Haikuai cleaning products: cosmetics, skin care products, shampoo, shower gel, glue, paint, cleaners and other liquids. The outer packaging must be intact. Bucket and carton packaging must be equipped with wooden frames to prevent leakage.

1. Haikuai Pipeline: The volume of the material is deducted by 6000. The actual weight will be charged according to the actual weight. The less than 1KG will be charged as 1KG. The weight and size data are based on the measurement of our company before entering the warehouse.
2. Single item over 30KG Overweight fee +1.5/KG Overweight: If the sum of length + width + height is greater than 200CM, add 100/item. 4. If the Taiwan import formal customs declaration is charged NT$345/ticket, the customs declaration fee + tax will be reimbursed. In addition, a case authorization letter, packing list, and invoice are required (you can ask Giant Consolidation Customer Service for it)
5. Please pack fragile items firmly and completely by yourself. If damage occurs, our company will not be responsible;
6. Declare the product name truthfully. Our company will not be held responsible for any customs inspection, detention or fines caused by false declaration;
7. Taiwan has more rainy season, so please take precautions against rain.
8. If the customs requires the return of the goods, any return shipping costs shall be paid by the sender and our company will not be responsible;
9. Compensation for lost goods: Lost or damaged goods will be compensated at three times the freight, not exceeding the purchase value of the goods.

• The weight of a single piece of cargo shall not exceed 70KG, and the maximum size shall not exceed 300*75*90 (if it exceeds the limit, it needs to be transferred to a general warehouse for formal customs declaration)
• We refuse to accept any special and sensitive goods such as products with electricity, magnetism, liquids, powders, etc. at the general price. If the concealed luggage is found by customs, our company will not be responsible for all the expenses and responsibilities incurred.
• General goods: no electricity, no liquid, no powder, no brand, no food
• Specials: Charged, Magnetic, Bluetooth Headphones, Motors, etc.
• Sensitive goods: Pastes, liquids, non-white powders, and food-related sensitive goods must be strictly packaged with other goods and cannot be packed separately to avoid leakage. Currently, the air transport channel for sensitive goods is limited to food.
