1. Length and weight specifications

• If the weight of a single piece of goods does not exceed 200KG, or the length of any side of the goods is less than 300CM, it can be delivered. If the weight or length of your goods exceeds the above range, please contact customer service.

2. There is a method to calculate the freight price

• In terms of freight rate calculation and comparison, we will use the "actual weight" of all received goods to set the freight rate, and will not calculate the volume weight of the goods. If the weight of the goods is less than 0.5KG, it will also be calculated as 0.5KG.

3. Calculation method of consolidated shipping charges

• We offer three payment methods: (1). Alipay (2). PayPal (3). Credit card

4. Free storage days included in the consolidated shipping charges

• The consolidation fee includes 30 days of free storage, after which a daily fee of $7 per kilogram will be charged.

5. Limitation on the number of items in consolidated shipment

• There is a limit on the number of items that can be put into the warehouse, with a maximum of 15 order numbers. After that, the 15 order numbers will be used as units, and a consolidation fee surcharge will be charged. The calculation method is that an additional HKD40 will be charged per unit each time as a surcharge.

6. Delivery time

• The goods will be delivered in about 4-6 working days after the customer requests shipment. The driver will call/WhatsApp you for confirmation before arrival. Please wait patiently. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

7. Stairs

• If the customer's address has stairs, we will not deliver the goods to the building unit, but only to the downstairs where the delivery location can be collected.

8. Parking lot charges

• The shipping fee does not include the parking fee. Therefore, if we need to pay the parking fee in order to successfully deliver the goods to the customer's address, Giant will charge the customer the fee on a reimbursement basis.

9. What should I do if I find the shipping price unreasonable after receiving the goods?

• If you think the shipping price is unreasonable after receiving the goods, you can contact customer service immediately so that we can understand the situation as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, it will be handled immediately.

10.What currency is the consolidation fee calculated in?
